The short version
My Fall River is a static community guide. It does not have user accounts, a login, a comments section, or a checkout. It does not set advertising cookies.
If you email howdy@myfallriver.ca , the message and your email address are used to reply and to manage your enquiry. Do not send sensitive personal or financial information by email.
Hosting and fonts
The site is hosted on GitLab Pages. GitLab may process basic technical information such as IP addresses and request logs as part of serving the site. Fonts are served from this site, not from Google Fonts, so loading a page does not send a separate request to a font provider.
Cookies and analytics
The site does not set advertising cookies. It does not have user accounts, a login, or a checkout. If privacy-friendly analytics are added later, this page will be updated before they are enabled.
Links to other sites
The guide links to external websites, including municipal, provincial, and business sites. Those sites have their own privacy policies. My Fall River does not control them.
Business listings
Business listings are paid placements. Paid outbound links are marked as sponsored. Listing details are provided by the business and reviewed before publishing. To correct or remove a listing, email howdy@myfallriver.ca .
Changes
This page may be updated as the site changes. The effective date is 17 October 2026.
